You are responsible for having the rights or permission needed to import, edit and export video, audio, images, text, logos, fonts and other media you use with Datagram One.

Creator tools and automatic processing

Creator effects, foreground isolation, captions and automated tools can produce imperfect results. Review cutout edges, captions, brand placement and exported media before publishing or relying on them. Feature availability may vary by device and operating-system capability.

AI caption accuracy

Automatic speech recognition can make mistakes because of noise, overlapping speakers, accents, recording quality or service limitations. Important captions should be reviewed before publication. Starting network transcription authorizes the app to send the media needed for that transcription as described in the Privacy Policy.

Premium subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are offered through Apple In-App Purchase. Available plans may include weekly, monthly and six-month Premium access. Auto-renewal, pricing, eligibility, billing, cancellation and refund handling are controlled by the App Store terms presented at purchase. Subscriptions can be managed in App Store account settings and eligible entitlements can be restored in Datagram One.

Coins

Coins are consumable In-App Purchases used only for identified eligible creator operations and exports. Coins are not currency, deposits or stored monetary value. The app displays a coin requirement before a charged workflow and credits coin packs only from verified StoreKit purchases.

Apple Offer Codes

Apple Offer Codes are created, distributed, validated and redeemed under Apple’s StoreKit and App Store rules. Eligibility and final redemption are determined by Apple.

Premium Codes

An Amir-OS Premium Code is a free promotional access code validated by the official Amir-OS service. A valid code may activate time-limited Premium access directly in Datagram One without charging the user. Premium Codes are separate from Apple Offer Codes and do not disable or replace the option to purchase an Apple subscription later. Paid subscriptions and paid digital purchases offered in the app continue to use Apple In-App Purchase.

Exports and availability

Export speed, resolution and supported effects depend on device capabilities, source media and available storage. High-resolution operations may require Premium, Coins or both where clearly identified in the app.

Changes

We may improve or replace technical components while preserving valid StoreKit entitlements and complying with applicable App Store rules. Material changes to data processing will be reflected in the Privacy Policy and applicable store disclosures.
