Scope

This policy describes the privacy approach for Datagram Vault, a private knowledge and personal-intelligence application by Amir-OS Group. The product is in development; this policy will be updated before public distribution to match the exact shipping features and service providers.

Content you choose

Vault may work with files, notes, images, audio, links and other content you deliberately import or create. The app is designed to keep selected content scoped to the feature you requested. Vault does not make private Vault content public by default.

On-device and external processing

We prefer on-device processing when practical. When advanced Mind is enabled, Vault first retrieves relevant source excerpts locally and asks for explicit permission for that request. Only those retrieved excerpts are sent through Amir-OS to OpenAI using the Responses API; this flow does not upload the full Vault file. Requests use store:false. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models by default, while abuse-monitoring logs may retain customer content for up to 30 days unless approved retention controls apply.

Tracking and advertising

The launch plan does not include advertising SDKs, IDFA-based advertising or cross-company tracking. If that changes in a future version, the app, privacy disclosures and required consent flow must be updated together before release.

Purchases

Coins and subscriptions are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple processes the transaction. Vault may receive transaction and entitlement information needed to provide purchased digital functionality.

Retention and deletion

Local content remains under the user's control. Where cloud or account services are introduced, the shipping app will provide deletion controls and this policy will identify retention rules and service providers. If account creation ships, users will be able to initiate account deletion from inside the app.
