Datagram Education is an educational and productivity service. It does not replace accredited instruction, professional certification, engineering review, legal advice, medical advice or other regulated professional judgment.
1. The service
Datagram Education may provide lessons, articles, examples, code exercises, design and engineering learning tools, mathematics practice, spoken-language audio, comments, projects, learning profiles, AI assistance, subscriptions, digital credits and related features. Features may change as the product develops.
2. Accounts and verification
You are responsible for information submitted during signup and for keeping your device and account secure. OTP codes are confidential and should not be shared. You may not impersonate another person, create accounts for abuse, or attempt to bypass account, age, payment or security controls.
3. Educational content
We work to provide useful and accurate learning material, but educational content may contain mistakes or become outdated. You should verify important information and follow applicable school, workplace, licensing and safety requirements. Certificates or completion records issued by the app are product completion records unless a page expressly states otherwise.
4. Comments, projects and community content
You keep rights you hold in content you submit. You grant the service the limited rights needed to host, process, display and deliver that content according to the feature you chose. You must have permission to upload the content and must not post unlawful, infringing, abusive or privacy-invasive material.
5. AI Tutor and generated content
AI responses are generated assistance and may be incomplete or incorrect. Do not rely on AI output as the sole basis for high-risk decisions. You are responsible for reviewing code, calculations, designs and other generated material before using it in real projects.
6. Subscriptions and digital credits
Paid features may include an auto-renewing monthly subscription and consumable or non-consumable digital-credit products offered through the app store. The price, currency, trial terms, renewal date and cancellation controls shown by the applicable store govern the transaction. Apple manages App Store billing and refunds under its policies. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Digital credits are licensed for use with eligible in-app features and have no cash value outside the service. Availability, usage rules and feature costs may change with clear in-product disclosure where required.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not attack, probe, scrape or disrupt the service or other users.
- Do not misuse Code Lab, file tools or AI features to distribute malware or harmful content.
- Do not cheat, misrepresent academic work or violate an institution’s rules by using the service.
- Do not harass other learners or publish another person’s private information.
- Do not bypass subscription, entitlement, moderation, age or rate-limit controls.
8. Intellectual property
The Datagram Education name, product interface, original learning materials, software and brand assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, libraries and course references remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Suspension, account deletion and service changes
We may restrict or suspend access when necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, non-payment or serious violations of these terms. You may request account deletion through the in-app flow or the official deletion page. Some records may be retained where required by law or legitimate security obligations.
10. Availability and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific learning outcomes, employment results or that every feature will remain available. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. App-store terms
When the app is obtained through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s applicable standard license terms and store rules also apply. If these terms conflict with mandatory app-store requirements, the mandatory store requirement controls for that transaction or distribution relationship.
12. Changes
We may update these terms as features, laws or service models change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, when appropriate, an in-app notice.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms can be submitted through Datagram Education Support or the Amir‑OS Helpdesk.
