Datagram Education does not sell personal information. Learning-profile data is not used for third-party behavioral advertising.
1. Information we process
Depending on the features you use, we may process account information such as your email address or phone number, one-time verification data, display name, username, profile photo, preferred language, age or age-range information where required, learning interests, selected goals and study preferences.
We also process learning activity needed to provide the service, including lesson progress, completed activities, quiz results, saved items, comments, reactions, projects, certificates, streak or progress indicators, and the subjects or skill areas you choose to follow.
Technical data may include device type, app version, operating-system version, push-notification token, security events, crash or diagnostic information, and limited server logs needed for reliability, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
2. How we use information
- Create and secure your account, including OTP verification.
- Personalize the academy, recommendations and learning paths.
- Save progress and synchronize learning state across supported devices.
- Operate comments, community features, projects and certificates.
- Deliver requested notifications and service communications.
- Detect abuse, protect accounts, investigate technical problems and improve reliability.
3. AI learning features
When you use AI Tutor, code assistance, design feedback, generated practice or similar intelligent features, the text, code, question, selected lesson context or file you intentionally submit may be processed to generate the requested response. We aim to send only the context required for the feature. AI output can be incorrect and should be checked, especially for academic, engineering or professional work.
4. Subscriptions and in-app purchases
Payments are handled by the applicable app store. Datagram Education may receive and store purchase identifiers, product identifiers, entitlement status, transaction status and expiration information needed to unlock paid features. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number from Apple.
5. Voice, media and uploaded files
Language-learning features may let you record audio, and learning tools may let you upload images, documents or project files. These items are processed only when you choose to use the related feature. The app should explain the purpose before requesting microphone, camera, photo-library or file access.
6. Public and community information
If you publish a comment, project, profile field or other content to a public or community area, other users may be able to see it according to the visibility controls provided. Do not post sensitive personal information in public learning discussions.
7. Service providers and disclosure
We may use infrastructure, delivery, analytics, AI-processing, authentication and app-store providers to operate the service. They receive only the information reasonably required for their function and are subject to applicable contractual or platform protections. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or during a legitimate corporate reorganization subject to applicable law.
8. Retention
We keep account and learning data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect security. Some records, such as fraud-prevention logs or transaction evidence, may be retained for a limited period after account deletion where law or legitimate security needs require it.
9. Your choices and controls
You can edit many profile and preference fields in the app. You can control notification permission through device settings and, where provided, in-app notification settings. You can request account deletion from the app or through the official deletion page. Privacy rights such as access, correction, deletion or objection may apply depending on your location.
10. Younger learners
Datagram Education is a general learning product. Where local law requires parental or guardian consent for a younger user, the service must not be used without the required authorization. Age-related controls may vary by region and feature. We do not knowingly use younger learners’ education data for third-party behavioral advertising.
11. Security
We use measures designed to protect accounts and data, including encrypted transport, access controls, secure token storage practices, server-side entitlement checks and monitoring for suspicious activity. No system can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their device and account credentials.
12. International operation
Datagram Education may use infrastructure located in more than one country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and apply the protections required by applicable law.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product changes. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-app or service notice.
14. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, use the official Datagram Education support page or the Amir‑OS Helpdesk. Do not send passwords, OTP codes or payment-card details in a support message.
