1. Scope and license
These Terms apply to the Datagram Prog application, its Cloud Compiler and product-specific website. Amir Abu Tabak operates the product under Amir‑OS Group. Subject to these Terms and applicable store rules, you receive a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the application for lawful developer workflows.
If the app is downloaded through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s applicable license terms, including the Apple Standard EULA when it applies, also govern the download. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. Authorized use only
Do not use Datagram Prog to access, probe, alter, exfiltrate, disrupt or monitor any server, account, network, API, repository, database or device without authorization. Do not use SSH tunnels, API requests, Git credentials, SQL queries or compiler workloads to evade access controls, distribute malware, conduct credential attacks, abuse third-party services or violate law.
You are responsible for understanding the permissions and consequences of commands and queries you execute. The presence of a tool in the app is not permission to use it against a third party.
3. Credentials and device security
You are responsible for protecting your device and the credentials saved in Datagram Prog. Use strong authentication, limit server privileges, rotate compromised credentials and verify SSH host-key changes before reconnecting. Do not intentionally import stolen credentials or private keys.
Platform secure storage reduces exposure of saved secrets but cannot protect a fully compromised or maliciously controlled device. Back up keys you cannot replace; Datagram Prog is not a key-recovery service.
4. SSH, SFTP, FTP and tunnels
Remote connections depend on the configured server, network and protocol. SSH and SFTP provide encrypted transport when correctly configured. Plain FTP is unencrypted; using it can expose commands, credentials or data to the network. The app warns about this, but the user chooses whether to proceed.
Port forwarding and SOCKS features can expose or route services. The current release restricts local listeners to loopback and uses conservative remote-forwarding defaults, but you remain responsible for the destination and server configuration. Mobile operating systems can suspend network sessions in the background.
5. Cloud Compiler
Cloud Compiler accepts supported source code and optional standard input for isolated execution. Runs are subject to language allowlists, resource limits, output caps, timeouts, concurrency controls, rate limits and daily allowances. Limits may be adjusted to protect service stability and prevent abuse.
Do not submit secrets unless the code genuinely requires them and you accept the risk; the compiler sandbox has no network by design and should not be treated as permanent storage. The service may reject dangerous, oversized, unsupported or abusive workloads. Temporary execution data can be removed without recovery.
6. Database Studio
Database Studio can create local SQLite databases and connect directly to PostgreSQL or MySQL servers chosen by the user. Use only databases you are authorized to access. A read-only toggle is a safety layer, not a substitute for database-side permissions. Use least-privilege server accounts.
Write statements can permanently alter or delete data. Datagram Prog highlights high-risk statements and can require confirmation, but it does not guarantee that a query is safe and does not automatically create a database backup before running it. Backups, transactions, replication and disaster-recovery policies remain the database operator’s responsibility.
TLS is enabled by default for remote profiles. If you intentionally disable TLS for a local or tunneled connection, you accept the transport-security consequences of that choice.
7. Git and API Client
Use Git only with repositories and credentials you are permitted to use. Pushing, pulling or committing can change a project history or working tree. The current pull workflow is intentionally conservative and may refuse a diverged branch rather than perform an automatic merge.
API Client sends exactly the network request you configure. You are responsible for endpoint authorization, request content, rate limits and applicable API terms. Do not use it to bypass authentication or access data unlawfully.
9. Your code, files and data
You retain rights you already hold in source code, files, repository content, database records and API content that you use with Datagram Prog. You grant only the limited technical permission needed to perform the action you requested, such as transferring a file or executing a compiler job.
You must have the right to use and process the data you supply. Do not use the app to infringe intellectual-property, confidentiality, privacy or contractual rights.
10. Availability and changes
Network, cloud, store and third-party services can be unavailable, rate-limited or changed. We may maintain, modify, suspend or retire a feature for security, abuse prevention, compatibility, legal requirements or product development. Where a paid entitlement is materially affected, applicable store rules and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
11. Developer responsibility and legal protections
Developer tools can alter real systems. Review commands, paths, Git operations and SQL before executing them, and maintain appropriate backups. We do not guarantee that user-entered commands, third-party servers or generated outcomes are correct or safe.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Any disclaimer is limited by mandatory consumer and other applicable law.
12. Amir‑OS intellectual property
Datagram Prog branding, original interface design, application code and Amir‑OS materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Do not redistribute protected application components or impersonate the product except where law or an open-source license expressly permits it.
Third-party open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
13. Changes and contact
These Terms can be updated for product, operational or legal changes. Material changes will be communicated when required. Mandatory local law prevails where it gives non-waivable rights.
