Acceptance and scope
These Terms govern use of Amir-OS Group websites and supported apps, including Datagram Flex, Knowledge Kingdoms and Noor Al-Soual. By using an app or service, you agree to these Terms and the applicable privacy policy. Additional in-app rules may apply to a particular feature. Mandatory consumer rights cannot be waived by these Terms.
Eligibility and age
You must be legally able to use the service in your country. Datagram Flex social accounts are not directed to children under 13. A higher minimum age or parental authorization may apply under local law. If you are a parent or guardian, supervise use appropriate to the child or teenager and use available Apple and in-app controls.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information, protect verification codes and device access, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not sell, rent or transfer an account in a way that defeats safety or platform rules. We may require reasonable verification before sensitive account, privacy or deletion actions.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, threats, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud, impersonation, malware, unauthorized surveillance, spam, intellectual-property infringement, or attempts to bypass security and access controls. Do not interfere with service availability or abuse automated systems.
User content and moderation
You keep rights you own in content you submit, while granting the limited rights needed to host, transmit, display, moderate and technically process that content for the service you chose to use. Social and community features may include reporting, blocking, visibility controls and moderation. We may remove or restrict content or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with law, protect users or preserve service integrity.
EU social features and Digital Services Act
For users in the EU, illegal-content notices can be sent to amirabotbk@gmail.com. Include the app, a specific link or identifier, why you believe the content is illegal, and a safe contact address. We may request information necessary to assess the notice, provide a reasoned outcome where required, and offer a way to challenge moderation decisions through support. This process does not replace police or emergency services.
Where the EU Digital Services Act or another mandatory rule applies, we will follow the obligations that apply to the size, role and operation of the service, including protections relevant to minors and transparency about moderation.
United States social features
In the United States, users may report unlawful, abusive or infringing content through support. Copyright complaints should identify the work, the allegedly infringing material, contact information and a good-faith statement sufficient for us to review the complaint. Child-safety reports receive priority handling. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or obligations that cannot legally be limited under federal or state law.
Apple subscriptions
Datagram Flex may offer monthly auto-renewable subscriptions named Premium Lite, Premium and Premium Star. The exact features, localized price, taxes and billing period shown by Apple before purchase control the transaction. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled in the Apple Account subscription settings. Apple may notify you of price changes and may require consent where its rules or law require it.
Purchases, billing, renewal timing and refund requests made through the App Store are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms. You can manage subscriptions through Apple Account settings. If a free trial or promotional offer is shown, the conditions displayed by Apple at the time of purchase apply.
European subscription and consumer rights
If you are in the EU/EEA, mandatory consumer rights remain available. For qualifying Apple digital purchases, Apple terms may provide a 14-day withdrawal right from receipt, subject to exceptions when digital content delivery begins at your request and you acknowledge loss of the withdrawal right. The exact right depends on the country, the transaction and Apple’s applicable terms. Requests for App Store refunds or withdrawal should be made through Apple’s available mechanisms.
Nothing here removes statutory remedies for defective digital content, unfair terms, required price-change consent, or other rights granted by applicable European law.
Parents, children and purchases
Parents and guardians should use age-appropriate supervision. Apple Screen Time, Content & Privacy Restrictions, Family Sharing and Ask to Buy may help manage access and eligible purchases. These Apple tools are separate from our apps. We do not claim a covert parental surveillance feature.
Premium features and fair play
Premium may unlock personalization or other paid benefits described in the app. Core privacy, security, blocking and account-safety controls should not require payment merely to protect an account. Game rules, rankings and rewards must not be manipulated by unauthorized tools or account sharing.
Intellectual property
The apps, brand names, designs, software and original service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute or commercially exploit protected elements except where law expressly allows it or we give permission.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, legal requirements, security risks or abuse. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice or a way to seek review. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion where available.
Disclaimers and liability
Services are provided with the level of care required by applicable law, but availability can be interrupted by maintenance, networks, third-party services or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
Apple-specific terms
Apple is not responsible for our independent support obligations except to the extent Apple’s own App Store terms say otherwise. Use of the app must comply with Apple Media Services and App Store rules. If Apple’s standard end-user license terms apply to a download, see Apple’s Standard EULA. Apple and its subsidiaries may have third-party-beneficiary rights where Apple’s required licensing terms provide them.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these Terms for new features, legal requirements or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated where required.
