Intellectual Property Protection
Datagram Pulse Connect respects copyright, trademark, design, privacy and other intellectual-property rights. The same protection applies to the app, the Datagram identity and content uploaded by users.
Our product identity
The Datagram Pulse Connect name, Pulse visual identity, app icon, interface design, original text, software and other original materials are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. No license is granted to copy branding, impersonate the service, create confusingly similar official-looking pages, or redistribute proprietary app assets except where permission is expressly given.
User content
Users keep ownership of content they lawfully create and upload. By publishing content, a user grants Pulse only the rights reasonably necessary to host, display, transmit, moderate and operate that content through the service, subject to the Terms and Privacy Policy.
Do not upload what you do not have the right to use
- Do not upload copyrighted images, video, music, text or software without authorization or another lawful basis.
- Do not use another person’s trademark, logo or identity in a way that creates deception or impersonation.
- Do not remove rights-management information or falsely claim ownership.
- Repeat infringement may lead to content removal, feature restriction or account action.
Reporting infringement
A rights holder or authorized representative may report allegedly infringing material through Pulse support. A useful notice should identify the protected work or mark, identify the Pulse content or account complained of, provide contact information, explain the rights claim and include a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized.
Pulse may request additional information to verify a report and may preserve records when required for fraud prevention, dispute handling, security or legal obligations.
Counter-notice and mistakes
If content is removed because of an intellectual-property report and the affected user believes the report is mistaken, the user may contact support with the relevant content identifier and an explanation. Availability of a formal counter-notice process depends on the governing law and the type of claim.
No transfer of ownership
Using Pulse does not transfer ownership of Amir-OS Group or Datagram intellectual property to a user. Likewise, Pulse does not claim ownership of a user’s original content merely because it is posted on the service.
