Pulse Terms

Use Pulse lawfully, respect other people and never use the service for harassment, exploitation or prohibited content.

Community use

Do not publish illegal content, threats, harassment, sexual exploitation, impersonation, fraud, spam or material that violates another person’s rights. Pulse may restrict or remove content and accounts when needed for safety or legal compliance.

User-generated content

Posts, profiles, comments, stories and messages remain the responsibility of their authors. Pulse provides reporting, blocking, restriction and moderation mechanisms.

Subscriptions

Pulse Premium is offered through Apple in monthly and Virty six-month plans. Apple displays the localized price and billing period before purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions can be managed through the Apple account.

Age and country rules

Account availability is subject to the age and country rules presented during registration. Pulse may use a stricter product minimum when verified parental authorization or country-specific age assurance is not yet available. See the Child Safety policy.

Intellectual property

Users may only upload content they have the right to use. Copyright, trademark, impersonation and other rights complaints may lead to content removal or account action. See the Intellectual Property policy.

Moderation and enforcement

Pulse may restrict visibility, remove content, suspend features or take account action to protect users, enforce these Terms, respond to valid rights complaints or comply with law. Users should use the in-app report and block tools for safety issues.

Availability and changes

Features may vary by device, country, age, account type and release. Safety controls may become stricter when law, regulator guidance or product-risk assessment changes.
